Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24 + hours’ notice: no fee.

  • Same-day cancellation or lock-out: may be charged up to the $125 minimum.

Use the “Manage my appointment” link in your confirmation email to reschedule anytime.

Deposits & Payments

Minimum job: $125 before tax.

  • A small card-on-file hold (never more than 25 % of the quote) may secure your slot; the hold converts to payment after service.

  • Payment by credit or debit card; receipts emailed automatically.

  • Taxes added at checkout based on location.

Boundaries & Safety

  • No hoarding/biohazard situations.

  • No active pest infestations.

  • No exterior windows above the 2nd floor.

  • We reserve the right to pause service if conditions are unsafe for staff or property.

Damage & Breakage

We’re fully insured. Report any issue within 48 hours; we’ll repair, replace, or compensate promptly.
