Cancellations & Rescheduling
24 + hours’ notice: no fee.
Same-day cancellation or lock-out: may be charged up to the $125 minimum.
Use the “Manage my appointment” link in your confirmation email to reschedule anytime.
Deposits & Payments
Minimum job: $125 before tax.
A small card-on-file hold (never more than 25 % of the quote) may secure your slot; the hold converts to payment after service.
Payment by credit or debit card; receipts emailed automatically.
Taxes added at checkout based on location.
Boundaries & Safety
No hoarding/biohazard situations.
No active pest infestations.
No exterior windows above the 2nd floor.
We reserve the right to pause service if conditions are unsafe for staff or property.
Damage & Breakage
We’re fully insured. Report any issue within 48 hours; we’ll repair, replace, or compensate promptly.
