We book in two-hour windows (e.g., 8-10 a.m., 10-12 p.m.). You’ll get a “We’re on the way” message when the team departs.
Pricing & Payments

Yes—for studio to 2-bed homes. Larger layouts get a custom flat quote before you book.

Credit or debit card—processed after the clean. A receipt is emailed automatically.
On the Day of Service

No. Many clients work or run errands—just leave entry and parking notes in the estimate form.

Totally optional. We send a 10-minute prep checklist; skip or modify it as you like.

We aim for team consistency, but illnesses or vacations may require a substitute. All techs are trained, background-checked, and insured.
